3 suns is always great.

When my regular mechanic retired, we went back to taking our cars to the dealer and we didn't know of a friendly reliable shop in the area. But after repeated, extremely high service costs, my hair stylist suggested I try Three Suns. I am so glad we did. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly they focus on what you actually need instead of upselling you on pricey and not needed services. And as a woman, you're not treated any differently. They explain everything well, look you in the eye, and shake your hand. This place is excellent.

I've taken my car to Three Suns a few times now for different fixes and inspections. They're a great team that does great work at a fair price - I'll be sticking with Three Suns in the future.

This place is excellent. Doug (the owner) is always very helpful and kind, nice to deal with. And the whole shop is a pleasure to work with, this is the second car that I've been bringing there. Knowledgeable and trustworthy.

As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I'm always afraid I'm going to be taken over. Three Suns always makes sure to explain to me what they are doing and what to expect in the future. It definitely puts my mind as ease. On top of that, they are always super friendly, quick, and do a great job. 10/10 would recommend!

BEWARE… BEWARE… BEWARE… BEWARE… Walking into Three Sun Automotive was like paying for front-row seats to the world’s worst customer service comedy show. The staff had the attitude of people who hate their jobs and somehow wanted to make sure everyone else hated their day too. Yelling, cursing, and acting completely unprofessional seemed to be part of the business model. If respect was a part they were supposed to install, they definitely forgot to order it. Their customer service has more warning lights on than a 300,000-mile check engine dashboard. I’ve met friendlier parking tickets. Instead of fixing problems, they seemed determined to create new ones. A little professionalism would go a long way, but judging by my experience, they’d need a tow truck just to drag theirs into the parking lot. Do yourself a favor—save your time, your patience, and your sanity. There are plenty of shops that know how to treat people like customers instead of inconveniences. This place didn’t earn my business, my respect, or a second chance.

Great quality, and quick service

I'm thankful to have a short list of mechanics that I really trust and value, and Three Suns is one of them. They work very hard to get the job done in a timely manner, carefully explain all repairs and options and do excellent work.

I have been using Three Suns for 3 years now for vehicle inspection and minor maintenance, and the quality of service (and friendliness) I have never found elsewhere.

Three Suns Auto Care is the "Best Bang for your Buck". I have used a lot of repair facilities in a lot of states, and Three Suns is one of the best for quality and pricing. They will NOT take advantage of you. The manager will take time to explain anything to his customers and really seems to care about their satisfaction. He is also very accommodating when you have an emergency, even when they are packed. Do yourself a favor, and try them at least once.

Always have a good experience when I bring my cars here, the owner/manager is always so honest and helpful and I've never felt like he tries to up-sell me. As a woman, that's important to me.

Had a flat tire with my Prius on my way to train station and found this shop on Google Map as the nearest auto shop. Doug was nice and very helpful to order a tire right before the cut-off time for today (2pm), and I was able to drive home before 3:30pm. Cost is reasonable.

All this Jackass Doug wants to do is fleece you by selling you his junk products to pad your bill. I was sitting in his customer waiting room and they were charging my car battery because my car wouldn’t start. I thought to myself, wow this is the second time I’ve had to charge my battery due to the extremely cold winter we have had. So I ordered a new battery from my phone from a local store. When Doug found out that I had bought a new battery from another store he basically threw me out. Wouldn’t inspect my car give me jump start from another car or have his two mechanics give me a push start since my car has a manual transmission. So I had to push my own car out into the street jump in it and park it at the end of the street hoping that I wouldn’t get a parking ticket. Luckily I flagged down an auto parts delivery man who gave me a ride to the trolley stop so that I could get home six miles away. Along the way the driver and I had a conversation about what had happened to me. When I told him about Doug and what he had done to me he told me yes he had heard about his bad temper and what a jerk he was. I was able to make it home go to the store and pick up my new battery. While installing it two mechanics from a garage around the corner from My three suns so what I was doing and offered me a helping hand. They ended up inspecting my car that afternoon so everything worked out fine. I know one thing I WILL NEVER GO TO DOUG’S shop ever again.

Great service; super fast

When our long-time mechanics began to have major health problems that affected service availability, I did a lot of research and found Three Suns to be highly recommended, and within walking distance of our home. After a few appointments (some planned in advanced and some not!), I can say we have been very pleased with Three Suns, and all of our cars are now under their care. We tend to do a lot of research about our cars' issues, and Doug is more than happy to answer all of our questions and discuss them with us. In addition, it's easy to make an appointment, which can often be made within a day or two of calling. Email and text reminders make communication about service appointments very easy, as well! If you are in the Media area, you should definitely consider Three Suns for your car care.
